Cancellation Policy
For free cancellation we require 24hrs notice. Failure to notify, “No Show”, or arrival without current shot records, will result in a 50% fee. Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo & Rabies vaccines are required for all, unless written exemption form signed by your vet with license number. Those booking day of or day before withdrawal from free cancellation.
